Jo Anne James, 80, of Millersport, went home to be with the Lord, on Monday, February 20, 2012, at her home, with her family at her side. She was born in Grandview on March 9, 1931, the daughter of the late James Oliver and Eleanor Marie (Spratley) Hays. She was a 1949 graduate of Columbus Central H.S., and had worked as a supervisor in medical billing for many years. Jo Anne was an active member of the Millersport community, holding memberships in the Millersport U.M. Church and the Millersport Lioness clubs.
