			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p align="center">Jo Anne James, 80, of Millersport, went home to be with the Lord, on Monday, February 20, 2012, at her home, with her family at her side. She was born in Grandview on March 9, 1931, the daughter of the late James Oliver and Eleanor Marie (Spratley) Hays. She was a 1949 graduate of Columbus Central H.S., and had worked as a supervisor in medical billing for many years.</p>
<p align="center">Jo Anne was an active member of the Millersport community, holding memberships in the Millersport U.M. Church and the Millersport Lioness clubs.</p>
<p align="center">She is survived by her loving family: her husband, Robert, her son Charles (Betsy) James of Westerville, god-daughter Cindy Wallace of Coshocton, six grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; her brothers and sisters:  James (Pauline “Lee”) Hays, Rodger (Patti) Hays, Thomas Hays, Rita Marie (Parrill) Hertz, Roberta Johns,  and Joy Lynn (Andrew) Wamer.</p>
<p align="center">In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son William Robert James in 1999, and 4 brothers.</p>
<p align="center">A funeral service, celebrating her life, will be held Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of The Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, 285 E Main St. (US Rt 40) in Kirkersville, with her pastor, Brian Vinson as celebrant. Private family burial will follow at Millersport Cemetery.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Kathy I. (Rousculp) Barton, 57, of Millersport, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2012 at Mount Carmel West Hospital, Columbus. She was born on August 25, 1954 in Newark, Ohio to the late Frank and Blanche (Snider) Rousculp. Kathy was a 1972 graduate of Millersport High School and a member of the Millersport United Methodist Church. She also spent nearly her entire adult life as a member of the Monticello Rebekah Lodge #885 having served as both the current and past Noble Grand, and past District Deputy President of the Ohio Rebekah Assembly. She loved gardening, flowers, and animals of all kinds.</p>
<p>She is survived by her husband, Andy Barton, of Millersport, whom she married on December 18, 1989; two sons, Jon Rousculp, of Granville, Illinois and James Rousculp, of Lancaster, Ohio; one grandson, Brendan Leal, of Newark, Ohio; two brothers and a sister, Fred (Dottie) Rousculp, of Millersville, Maryland, Ruth Anne (Gary) Peters, of London, Ohio, and David (Carolyn) Rousculp, of Marietta, Georgia; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her beloved dog, Rose.</p>
<p>A funeral service, celebrating Kathy’s life, will be held 11:00AM on Thursday, February 23,2012 at Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, Kirkersville with Pastor Max Donahue officiating. Burial will follow in Millersport Cemetery.</p>
<p>Family and friends may call at the Funeral Home, 285 East Main Street, Kirkersville, on Wednesday, February 22, 2012, 6:00-8:00PM and also one hour prior to services on Thursday.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Judith Ann “Judy” Reed, 68, of Thornville, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster. She was born on April 15, 1943 in Zanesville,Ohio to the late Vincent Blackstone and Pauline (Baughman) Blackstone, who survives. Judy was a 1964 graduate of The Bethesda School of Nursing in Zanesville and retired from Pickerington Nursing and Rehab Center after 27 years of service. She loved flowers, landscaping, interior decorating and animals of all kinds. Judy was a member of the Zion Reformed United Church of Christ and was a devoted, loyal, dedicated, and loving daughter, wife, mother, and mama.</p>
<p>In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 40 years, Robert Reed; daughters, Jocie (Wade) McGlothlin, Jennie Seum and (Chris Bordenkircher), Keri Reed and (John McNeishIII); three grandchildren, Ethan McGlothlin, Shelby Seum, and Caryn Grogan, all of Thornville; three brothers, David (Carol) Blackstone, Mark (Julie) Blackstone, both of New Concord, James (Barb) Blackstone, of Dallas, Texas; father-in-law, Gerald Reed, of McConnelsville; sister-in-law, Carolyn (Lynn) Boetcher, of Pickerington; a special friend, Carol Marshall, of Zanesville; and several nieces and nephews.</p>
<p>In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by: her mother-in-law, Mary Reed.</p>
<p>A funeral service, celebrating Judy’s life, will be held 1:00PM on Sunday, February 19, 2012 at the Zion Reformed United Church of Christ, 8000 Highpoint Rd., Thornville with Dr. Herbert Hicks officiating. Burial will follow in Zion Ridge Cemetery.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[A funeral service, celebrating the life of Carlos Dale Jones, 79, of Hebron will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 14th at 2:00 p.m. at the  Hebron home of the Hoskinson-Schoedinger Funeral and Cremation Service, with Pastor William VanMeter, of the Hebron Church of the Nazarene as celebrant. Burial will follow at Fairmount cemetery, Jacksontown, with full military honors.
Carlos was born in Clintonville, WV, the son of the late Pearl and Beulah (Hanna) Jones.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He was a proud member of the Ohio Big Bucks club.  He also enjoyed his dogs.  He proudly served our country during the Korean conflict.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Barbara; his children: Gayla (Dennis) Hankinson of Hebron, Ricky (Yvonne) Jones of North Carolina, Ronald (Pat) Jones of Junction City; his brothers: Kay (Vi) Jones of Glenford, Kenas (Sylvia) Jones of White Sulphur Springs, WV, George Jones and Twilla Davis of Clintonville, WV; his grandchildren: William, Cory, Eric, and Jamie; and great-grandchildren: Derek, Austin and Kayla.  
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers: Conrad Jones and John Paul Jones, and his sister Monzetha Martin.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, February 13th at the Hoskinson-Schoedinger Funeral Home in Hebron, located at 108 North 7th street. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p align="center">A funeral service, celebrating the life of Ruth V. McGill Sleppy, 95, of Millersport, formerly of Meadville, PA., will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, February 10, 2012, in the chapel of The Hoskinson-Schoedinger Funeral home, Millersport, with Pastor Brian Vinson as celebrant. Entombment will follow on Saturday in Meadville, Pennsylvania.</p>
<p align="center">Ruth died early Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at Pickering House in Lancaster.  She was born in Meadville, PA., on July 21, 1916, the daughter of the late Clarence A and Hazel Kathryne (Knapp) McGill.</p>
<p align="center">Ruth was a homemaker who was very active in her community, a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Meadville. She was also a founding member of the Kismet Grottto-ettes, in Meadville. She was also a member of the Millersport U.M. Church while living in Ohio. She enjoyed reading and playing cards.</p>
<p align="center">She is survived by her family: daughter Sue (James) Caldwell of Rensselaer, IN., son David T. (Gwen) Sleppy of Seymour, IN.; grandchildren Kathleen (Mark) Severance of Millersport, David T. (Sabrina) Sleppy Jr., Michael Caldwell and Thomas (Rebecca) Caldwell; 7 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren; along with caregiver Diane Hardy.</p>
<p align="center">In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband David Daye Sleppy and her brother Gaylord A McGill.</p>
<p align="center">Ruth’s family will receive friends on Friday, from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Millersport Home of The Hoskinson-Schoedinger Funeral and Cremation Service, 11544 Summerland Beach Rd. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Larry Dupler, Sr., 61, of Newark, passed away on February 6, 2012 at Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born on October 16, 1950 in Hebron,Ohio to the late Elmer and Virginia (Blair) Dupler.</p>
<p>He is survived by his children: son, Larry, Jr. (Nova) Dupler, of Fallsburg, Ohio, daughters, Kristina (Steve) Kelley of Somerset, Ohio, Tina (Chris) Inscore of Warsaw, Ohio; 4 grandchildren; 3 sisters, Debbie (Mike) Zartman of Buckeye Lake, Ohio, Diana King of Florida, Donna (Max) Wiseman of North Carolina; and his sister-in-law, Sharon Dupler of Hebron, Ohio</p>
<p>In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Dupler in 2010 and his brother, Elmer Dupler, Jr.</p>
<p>In accordance with the wishes of Larry, there will be no services held.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>G. Glenn Kay, 78, of Columbus, formerly of Kirkersville, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2012. He was born on August 18, 1933 in Roseville, Ohio, son of the late William and Goldia (McClellan) Kay. Glenn was a very skilled concrete mason, having retired from Local #1 Cement Masons after 35+ years of employment. He was a member of the Good Shepherd Community Church.</p>
<p>Glenn is survived by his wife of 45 years, Phyllis (Burns) Kay; children, Pamela (Thomas) Bartolomucci of Thornville, Ohio, George Kay of Homosassa, Florida, David (Traci) Kay of Hebron, Ohio, Daniel (Diane) Kay of Columbus, Ohio; 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and his sister, Pauline (Jesse) Ours of Hebron, Ohio.</p>
<p>In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Lloyd Kay.</p>
<p>A funeral service, celebrating Glenn’s life, will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 11:00AM at the Kirkersville home of Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service with Dr. William L. Snider and Rev. Gary Kirk officiating. Burial will follow in Kirkersville Cemetery.</p>
