Adam was born March 17, 1977 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Timothy John Wertman and his mother Londa Kay (Ballard) Wertman who survives. Adam passed away unexpectedly on January 20, 2020. He is also survived by his partner, Becky Stark with whom they are expecting a daughter and his sister Kristina Wertman.
