Adeline Pearl Samson

Adeline Pearl Samson, age 77, of Newark, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at The Laurels of Heath. Adeline was born April 30, 1942 in Newark, Ohio to the late Russell Emerson and Ruth Elizabeth (Sites) Snoor.

Adeline was a member of the Jacksontown United Methodist Church where she enjoyed helping with the food pantry. She was a two-time breast cancer survivor.

She is survived by her husband, Floyd S. Samson; son and daughter-in-law, Floyd S., Jr. and Jessica Samson of Mount Perry; daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Kevin Madinger of Radcliff, Kentucky; grandchildren, Jennifer Wilson, Matthew (Crystal) Wilson, Jody Wilson, Jessica Wilson, Dakota Samson, Elizabeth Samson and Teaira Judd; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Beverly Kress; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.

A memorial service for Adeline will be held at a later date.
