Albert Bliss

Albert E. Bliss, 76, of Etna, died Friday, March 25, 2016. He was born August 24, 1939, in Leominster, Massachusetts, the son of the late Edwin and Dorice Bliss. He served honorably in the US Air Force, 8 years active duty, and 33 years of service with the Air National Guard Unit. Retired from Dayton Power and Light. Also employed at Rockwell and CSX Railroad. He was a former member of Victory Baptist Church in Etna. Survived by his wife Josephine Bliss, daughter Beverly (Joe) Blake, step-daughter Theresa Regan, Ken (Donna) Baker, grandsons Jonathon Regan, Robert White and Brian Blake; and numerous brothers and sisters-in-law. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Loren Bliss and his step-son Harold Regan. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Mt Carmel Foundation, 6150 E. Broad St. Columbus, Ohio 43213, for cancer research and care. Following Alberts wishes he was cremated and will be buried in the Kirkersville Cemetery.
