Alma M. Sellars

A memorial gathering, to celebrate the life of Alma M. Sellars, 63, of Heath, will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the James Bradley Senior Center (Infirmary Mound Park), 4309 Lancaster Road (Route 37), Granville, Ohio.Alma was born in Newark, Ohio on July 8, 1952 to the late Robert Lee and Evelyn (Hoyt) Schneider. She passed away unexpectedly on November 23, 2015 at Licking Memorial Hospital.Prior to retirement, Alma worked in Medical Records at Heath Nursing Care Center for nearly 30 years. She had also worked at Arlington Care Center and was a court appointed guardian in Licking County. She was a member of the Moose Lodge in Zanesville. She enjoyed knitting, crafting, making Jewelry and spending time with her loving family and friends.Survivors include her son, Don (Menika) Sellars; daughter, Cathy Sellars; grandson, Jacob Sellars; brother, Bill (Kay) Schneider; sisters, India (Dan) Oestreicher and Karen (Bob) Meier; special niece, Barbi Oder; special friends, Sam Oliverio, Sara Watson and Maddie Watson; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Donald L.
