Andrew Jacob Lee

On Sunday, July 10, 2022, my beautiful boy was released from the bonds of mental illness. Those that have never struggled will never understand how depression and anxiety lie. They tell you that you are worthless, unloved and alone. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Andrew was a loving son, brother, uncle, nephew and friend. There will forever be a hold in the hearts of his family.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of The Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, 285 E Main St. in Kirkersville. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service, with Pastor Marty Huddleston officiating.

Andrew was born May 17 ^th , 1988, in Newark, Ohio to his loving parents Gary (Kathy) Lee of Barboursville, Ky., and Kimberly (Bradley) Weaver of Heath. Andrew was a 2006 graduate of Bethel Christian and obtained his Associate of Arts degree from Owensboro Community College. He was currently enrolled at Western Kentucky University. Andrew was employed at US Bank as a mortgage default counselor. He was an old soul, wise beyond his years. He enjoyed reading, movies, video games, fishing, kayaking, music and playing guitar.

Surviving are his parents, brother and best friend Jordan (Rebecca) Lee of Heath, Ohio and sister Madelyn McClure of Newark. Several nieces, nephews, aunt uncles and cousins and many friends and co-workers.

Preceded in death by his grandparents, Stan and Linda Wolfe and George (Donna) Lee and Shirley Faulkner Hall.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home in order to assist the family with his final arrangements.
