Angus "Gus" George Armstrong

February 1, 1967 — July 17, 2022

Angus George “Gus” Armstrong, 55 of Thornville, passed away at his residence on July 17, 2022. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on February 1, 1967 to the late George Robert and Jimmy Lee (Barnes) Armstrong. Gus was the owner/operator of Fandango and 7-Out Trucking Companies. He enjoyed going out to eat, going to concerts, but most important was the time he spent with his family and friends. He will be missed by everyone that knew him. Survivors include his loving daughter, Malee Armstrong; former wife, Amber Armstrong; sister, Vanessa (Jerry) Norton; brother, Jim (Marty) Henderson; nieces, Emily, Mckinze, Jordan, Heather, Grace and Ashley, and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, David; and a sister, Vickie. A celebration of life service will be held in the near future.
