Arley Cecil Elliott, Jr.

Arley Cecil Elliott, Jr., age 65, of Newark, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Arley was born May 29, 1954 in Newark, Ohio to the late Arley Cecil Elliot, Sr. and the late Martha Jane (Tripplett) Elliott.

Arley was a veteran of the United States Army and served during Vietnam for 3 ½ years. He was a very patriotic person and loved his family so much. He was a builder for many years, specializing in drywall.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Lavonda Lynn (Ohse) Elliott; children, Chad Milton, Brian Elliott, April Sabo, Nicky Ohse, Brandon Elliott, Jeremy Ohse, Breanna Elliott, Aaron Elliott, Heidi Elliott, Halley Seabolt, Colton Elliott, Dakota Seabolt and Nevaeh Elliott; many grandchildren; brothers, Roger, Albert and Dutch Elliott; sister, Loretta O’Donnell; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two granddaughters, Kristlyn Ohse and Na'kyah Jade Love Elliott Spears; and by a brother, John Elliott; and three sisters, Sharon Roberts, Wilma Elliott and Connie Elliott.
