A funeral service, celebrating the life of Barbara Lee Jones, 77, of Hebron, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday March 26, 2016, in the chapel of The Hebron home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, 108 N. 7th St, Hebron, with her Pastor Jerry Carpenter as celebrant. Barbra will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband Carlos at Fairmount Cemetery, Jacksontown.Barbra died peacefully on Wednesday Morning, March 23, 2016 in Newark. She was born September 12, 1938, in Rainelle, West Virginia, the daughter of the late William and Margie (Dean) Brooks. A lifelong homemaker, she enjoyed puzzles, games, playing cards, cooking and spoiling her family.She was a member of the Hebron Nazarene Church.She is survived by her loving family: Gayla (Dennis) Hankinson of Hebron, Ricky (Yvonne) Jones of North Carolina, Ronald (Pat) Jones of Junction City; 4 grandchildren William (Jenny) Hankinson, Cory Jones, Eric Jones, Jamie (Chris) Lambert; 4 great-grandchildren Derek Shell, Austin (Kirsten) Hankinson, Kayla Hankinson, Elena Lambert; great-great grandson Easton Hankinson; sister Cora Spencer of Virginia, many nieces and nephews.Friends may call at the Funeral Home on Friday, March 25, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.The family prefers that memorials be directed to the American Diabetes Association.
