A funeral service celebrating the life of Beth Ann Frush, 98, of Newark, will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home, with Pastor Cheryl Simpson officiating. Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, 179 Granville Street, Newark, one hour prior to the funeral service on Tuesday, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Beth was born in Newark, Ohio on January 19, 1926 to the late Hiram and Ruth (Stone) Clark. She passed away at her residence on July 10, 2024. Beth was a self-employed accountant/tax preparer for many years, retiring at age 96. She was a member of Rocky Fork Church of God; was a life member of Eastern Star; and Newark Women’s Business Club. She enjoyed playing the piano, listening to music, baking and collecting Heisey Glassware and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends. Survivors include her son and his fiance’, Dennis R. Frush and Judith Allee; and son and daughter-in-law, Jamie L. and Carol Frush; sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Chuck Fohl; grandchildren, Laryssa (Steve) Latham, Michelle (Dan) Doherty, Heather (Paul) Henry, Rendon Frush, Jonathan (Liz) Frush, Katie (Ryan) Regan and David Frush; 14 great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert M. Frush; an infant son; siblings, Barbara Whissen, Richard Clark, David Clark, Charles Clark and Linda Beish. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Beth to Hospice of Central Ohio.
