Betty Lou Colling

A graveside inurnment service for Betty Lou Collling, age 92, of Newark, will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 5, at Wilson Cemetery with Pastor Walter Bruah officiating. Betty was born January 2, 1926 in Coffeyville, Kansas to the late Harry Robb and Mary (Benefield) Robb. She passed away on Sunday, September 23, 2018 at the Arlington Care Center.

Betty enjoyed reading and find-a-word puzzles.

She is survived by a son, Douglas E. Colling of Newark; grandchildren, Don (Lee) Colling, Brandy Branham-Colling and Ashley (Kurt) Parr; great-grandchildren, Chayce Colling, Aevan Colling, Zaie Colling, Tyler Colling, Chloe Colling, Kali Branham-Colling, Matthew Hite and Nathan Hite; granddaughter-in-law, Valerie Colling; sister, Patsy (Harold) Porterfield of Indian Lake; and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William S. Colling; son, Terry Lee Colling; grandson, Tim Colling; and a sister and brother-in-law, Lewella and Carl Fondale.
