Betty L. Brison

A funeral service celebrating the life of Betty L. Brison, 76, of Thornville, will be held on Monday, July 30, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Thornville chapel of Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, with Pastors Carnith and Krystal Boring officiating. Burial will follow at Millersport Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, 56 S. Main Street, Thornville, two hours prior to the funeral service on Monday, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Betty was born in Dry Branch, West Virginia on May 30, 1942 to the late Benjamin and Mae (Caudell) Roberts. She passed away at the Pickering House in Lancaster on July 26, 2018. Betty was a dedicated homemaker to her family. She was a member of Thornville and Perry County Seniors. She enjoyed sewing, quilting and spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her loving husband of 55 years, Harold E. Brison, whom she married June 8, 1963; sisters, Gloria Fay (Clifford Sr.) Moran, Linda Ann Milliser and Sandria K. (Larry) Winegardner; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Roberts; and infant sister, Erma Roberts.
