Betty L. Wilson

Betty L. Wilson, age 90 of Newark passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at Altercare Newark South. She was born December 5, 1933, in Penn Township, Ohio to the late Coral and Bertha (O’Neal) White. Betty graduated from Malta-McConnelsville High School in 1951. She married Eugene Wilson on August 14, 1953. She is survived by her four children, Cynthia J. (Jack) Conard, Susan E. (Charlie) Snyder, Randy E. (Bonnie) Wilson, and Kimberly S. (John) Robison; seven grandchildren, Holly (Randy) Omlor, Jaime (Nick) Mears, Morgan (Jonas) Williams, Amanda Wilson, Stacy (Ryan) Wilson, Sarah (Alex) Robison, and Emmi (Kenzie) Robison; two great-grandchildren, Lila Omlor and Aurora Mears; one sister, Rosalie Linscott; three brothers, Ronald (Donna), Bill (Susie), Tom (Cinda); two sisters-in-law, Joanne White Bennett, Pam White and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Eugene Wilson on September 6, 2023; one sister, Carolyn Sue Ross; two brothers, Robert, and Richard White; brother-in-law, Larry Ross. A private graveside inurnment service will take place at a later date at St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery, Stovertown, Ohio.
