Brandi Rayn Lohr

A funeral service celebrating the life of Brandi Rayn Lohr, age 20, of Frazeysburg, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 9, at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home with Pastor Rusty Foley officiating. Burial will take place in Perry Chapel Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 8, at the funeral home, 179 Granville Street in Newark.

Brandi was born September 22, 2001 in Newark, Ohio. She passed away on Saturday, December 4, 2021 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Brandi graduated with honors from Riverview High School in 2020 and was currently a Freshman at The Ohio State University-Newark (OSU-N). She was employed at Subway in Hanover since December of 2019. Brandi loved life and was a very happy person. She never met a stranger. She was a wonderful and talented artist who loved painting. She was also an avid reader.

She is survived by her loving parents, Roland and Rene (Spaulding) Lohr; brother, Ezra Kyle Lohr; paternal grandmother, Juddy Lohr of Hanover; maternal grandparents, Mike and Sue Spaulding of Hanover; aunts, Shelia (Michael) Guthrie of Walhondingm Stacey & Brad Frenton of Newark and LaVonna Spaulding of Hanover; great uncle and great aunt, Tom and Rita Lohr of Columbus; and numerous cousins.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Roland E. Lohr, Sr.; and by an uncle, Chuck Lohr.
