A funeral service celebrating the life of Britney Kay Jacobs, 44, of Hebron, will be held on Monday, February 8, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hebron New Life United Methodist Church, 925 W. Main Street, Hebron, with Pastor Brian Harkness officiating. Burial will follow in Kirkersville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 7th at the Kirkersville chapel of Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, 285 E. Main Street, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, masks must be worn inside the funeral home for your protection, a maximum of 30 guests will be allowed inside at one time. Please practice social distancing. Britney was born in Newark, Ohio on June 17, 1976 to the late Dennis S. and Alma Freda (Loughman) Jacobs. She passed away at OSU Medical Center on February 2, 2021. Britney was a member of the Hebron New Life United Methodist Church and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 285 in Hebron. She worked for over 23 as a radiology technician at Licking Memorial Hospital. Britney was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She was selfless, would help anyone in need and was most happy when helping others. Survivors include her brother, Scott Jacobs; niece, Kaley Jacobs; nephew, Chris Barber; aunts and uncles, Jerry and Annette Price and Rick and Nancy Jacobs; and many cousins and close friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her nephew, Dakota Jacobs. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Britney to the American Legion Post 285, PO Box 791, Hebron, Ohio 43025. Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for Britney and her family.
