Camila Elaine Chapa Resendiz

A funeral service celebrating the life of Camila Elaine Chapa Resendiz, age, 5 months, of Thornville, will be held on Monday, October 30, 2017 at 8:00 p.m. at the Kirkersville home of Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service with Pastor Daniel Hill Officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home, 285 E. Main St., Kirkersville, on Monday, October 30, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Camila was born in Newark, Ohio on May 28, 2017 to Francisco and Brooklynn D. (Newell) Chapa Resendiz of Thornville. She passed away at Licking Memorial Hospital on October 25, 2017. In addition to her parents, survivors include a brother, Leonardo Chapa Resendiz; maternal grandfather, Donald (Cynthia) Newell, Jr.; maternal grandmother, Tamara Craig; maternal great grandparents, Patricia Newell and Sandra Ludwig; maternal step grandfather, Mark Craig; paternal grandfather, Juan Francisco Chapa Flores; paternal grandmother, Norma Resendiz Chapa; and maternal great grandfather, John (Debbie) Johnson. She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Howard Ludwig, and Donald Newell Sr.; and uncle, Donald Newell III.
