Carl West, Jr.

Carl H. West, Jr., 77, of Hebron, passed away on Wednesday, September, 18, 2013 at Select Specialty Hospital in Columbus, following an extended illness. He was born August 10, 1936, in Wheeling, WV., son of the late Carl H. and Margaret (Kessor) West, Sr. A Presbyterian by faith, Carl proudly served his Country in the United States Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; daughters Charlene (Tim) Clinger and Lynne (Mike) Caughell; six grandchildren Gwendolyn, Keera, and Bridget Clinger and Johanna, Andrea, and Michael Caughell; a brother Charles (Sharon) West; a sister Eleanor Tomblin; as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Elaine. A funeral service, celebrating Carls life, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 in the chapel of the Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, 285 E. Main St., with Pastor Bill Beard officiating. Private burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery in Franklin Township.
