Carolyn Sue Dixon

Carolyn Sue Dixon, age 68, of Newark, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2020 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Carolyn was born December 30, 1951 in Terre Haute, Indiana to the late Ralph Ernest and Amy Marie (Dingus) Hall.

Carolyn was a homemaker and enjoyed coloring, crafts and cooking. She was especially known for her delicious fried chicken.

She is survived by two daughters, Kristina (James) Pierce and Rebecca (Tyler) Stickle; grandchildren, Amy Sue Dixon, James Michael Pierce, Dakota Dixon, Jeffery Dixon and Blake Stickle.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Dixon, Jr., who died August 23, 2019.

A graveside service will be held at a later date at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
