Carolyn Judy (Buzzard) Harne

March 29, 1945- November 25, 2021

Carolyn passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 25, 2021. She was the strong and loving matriarch to her entire family. She loved everyone that she met and never saw any faults in anyone. She always extended her generosity to all who crossed her path. She was the best wife, mother, gram, sister and friend. She taught us all how to live life to its fullest, love unconditionally, to forgive easily and be strong for one another. Every day she showed the importance of family.

Carolyn loved spending time with her family and loved ones. Watching The Buckeyes, playing poker and vacationing with her family were some of her favorite activities. She  also enjoyed shopping, pedicures, eating out and going to the kids sports games. Her favorite pastime was watching Hallmark Christmas movies with her honey.

Preceded in death by her parents Ruth Pauline (Collins) Carey and John Arthur Buzzard, her sisters JoAnn Leonard. Clara Jean Ramsey, Marylou Oltmann; her brother Kenneth Buzzard and brother in law John Leonard.

Carolyn is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Carroll W. Harne. Her children Michael (Renae Crandell) Davis, Leisa (John Gerren) Davis, Loralei (Tom) Nolan, Scott (Lori) Davis, Sean (Velvet) Davis, James (Becky) Killilea, Amy (Mike) Pohle and Jennifer (Chris) Meitner; along with her 22 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; special niece (Daughter) Debbie (Bill) Brooks; sister Barbara (Jim) Timms; sister-in-law Ritva Buzzard; brother-in-law Dutch Oltmann and many special nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Thursday evening, December 2, 2021 from 6-8 p.m. at the Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, 285 E. Main St. in Kirkersville, and again on Friday from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. at Hosanna Lutheran Church, 7714 Hazelton-Etna Rd SW Pataskala. Funeral Services to follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Brett Rizzo as celebrant. Burial will follow in the Darbyville/Muhlenberg Township Cemetery in Pickaway County.
