Carolyn Sue Richards

A funeral service, celebrating the life of Carolyn Sue Richards, 70, was held on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Noon, with Pastor Mark Barbee as celebrant. Burial followed at the Kirkersville Cemetery.Sue passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 in Lancaster. She was born April 30, 1942 in Newark, Ohio to the late Albert and Jayne (Bullock) Gregory. She was a 1960 graduate of Liberty Union High School and enjoyed crocheting, travelling, reading and facebook, especially Mafia Wars.Sue is survived by her loving family: three sons, Jeff, Rex (Trilby), and Josh Pierce; one daughter, Robin (Steve) Pierce-Treichler; two brothers, Gary (Sherry) and Rod Gregory; two sisters, Elaine (Pat) Quinn and Dawn (David) Jackson; six grandchildren, Angela Romero, Dannielle Sellers, Bethany (Cliff) Fontenot, Justin Pierce, Audri-Anna Pierce, and Tyler Pierce; six great-grandchildren, Anthony, Alexia, Michael, Jayven, Nathaniel, and Trevor; Special friends, Angie Anderson, Janet Switzer, Gloria Gaskill, and Randy Richards; and many nieces and nephews.The family wishes to thank the staff of Pickering House and Chester the cat, for the loving care they provided to Sue and her family.An on-line guest register for Sue is available at www.hoskinsonfuneral.Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, Kirkersville, is honored to care for Sues family.
