Carolyn Kay Wachenschwanz

Carolyn Kay Wachenschwanz, age 58, of Columbus, passed away on Friday, November 20, 2020 at Whetstone Care Center in Columbus. Carolyn was born September 7, 1962 in Delaware, Ohio to the late John William and Christina Ruth (Keeton) Belt.

A homemaker, Carolyn was a very crafty person and enjoyed sewing, drawing flowers, and listening to music. She loved her grandchildren dearly and enjoyed spending time with them.

She is survived by daughters, Heather Belt and Kathleen Wachenschwanz; step-children, Peg Wachenschwanz and Tim Wachenschwanz, Jr.; grandchildren, Aaliyah and Connor Wachenschwanz, Cassidy and Althea Davis, Jaliek, Lahona, Jakell, and Jaylen Puryear, and Kaleiah and Kemani Black; great-grandson, Egypt Thacker; brothers, Lloyd Belt and John (Barbara) Belt; sister, Viola Price; nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Allen Wachenschwanz, Sr.; grandson, Pharell Allen; brother, Troy Belt; and brother-in-law, Frank Price.

A private memorial will be held by the family at a later date.
