Catherine Eleitha Ravita

A memorial mass for Catherine Eleitha Ravita, age 94, of Heath, Ohio will be held at a later date at St. Anne Catholic Church, 10550 Ford Avenue in Richmond Hill, Georgia.

Catherine was born November 27, 1924 in Savannah, Georgia to the late Ruben and Eleitha (Hood) Kelley. She passed away on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center in Newark which is operated by Hospice of Central Ohio.

Catherine was a homemaker and an artist and enjoyed painting and ceramics. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Society and also enjoyed fishing.

She is survived by four sons, John (Lynda) Ravita, Tom (Sharon) Ravita, Jim Ravita and Tim (Amanda) Ravita; daughters, Suzanne Blackburn, Eileen Ravita and Michele (Tom) Stock; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a brother, George Kelley, Jr.; a sister, Elaine Swope; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Sullivan.
