Cathy Sue Weaver

A funeral service celebrating the life of Cathy Sue Weaver, age 65, of Blacklick, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 1, at the Hebron Chapel of Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service with Pastor David Cady officiating. Burial will take place in Jacksontown Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, January 31, at the funeral home, 108 North 7 ^th Street in Hebron.

Cathy was born January 10, 1954 in Leavittsburg, Ohio. She passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at her home.

Cathy was employed as a library clerk with the Hebron Library for nine years. She loved music and also enjoyed reading, sewing, crafting, walking and playing the piano.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ben Weaver, whom she married June 9, 1972; a son, Jeremy (Nicole) Weaver of Blacklick; daughter, Miranda Weaver of Westerville; three grandchildren, Cole, Isabella and Jaxson Weaver; her mother, Wauneta (Nichols) White of St. Augustine, Florida; brothers, Robert “Bob” (Mona) White of Catharpin, Virginia and Rich White of St. Augustine, Florida; sisters, Melody (Perry) Bowyer of Newark and Beth (Rob) Myers of Aurora, Colorado; and nieces and nephews.

Cathy was preceded in death by her father, Richard White.

Memorial contributions may be made to Mount Carmel Hospice. It was also Cathy’s wish that you tell someone how much they mean to you.
