Charles "Chuck" Smith

Charles “Chuck” Smith, 60, of Ft. Lauderdale, FL formerly of Buckeye Lake, passed on October 26, 2022, as the result of an accident in Ft. Lauderdale. He was born February 3, 1962, in Fairfield County to the late Charles and Mary Kay Smith. Chuck enjoyed art and was skilled in many different mediums. He also enjoyed music, Ohio State football and was a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan. He is survived by his sons, Matt (Meagan) Withrow and Jeffrey Greathouse; grandchildren, Luc, Malia, and Jeffery; brother, Laverne Berry; sister, Cathy Berry; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger and Jimmy Berry. Visitation will be Monday, November 21, 2022, from 5-6pm at the Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home, where the memorial service will follow at 6:00 pm. Friends and family are invited to gather at the Sunset Inn in Hebron following the service. Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home is honored to care for Chuck and his family.
