**Obituary for Charlotte A. Moore**
Charlotte A. Moore, 85, of Hebron, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 19th, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on April 24th, 1939, in Dresden, Ohio, Charlotte was a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.
Charlotte was a proud graduate of St. Francis High School in Newark, class of 1957. She spent many dedicated years working as a cafeteria worker for the Lakewood Local School District, where her kindness and warmth left a lasting impact on students and colleagues alike.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard Archie Moore, in 2010; her son, Kevin Moore, in 2015; her parents, Charles and Pauline Warick; as well as her three brothers and four sisters.
Surviving Charlotte is her daughter, Kim Loar, and partner Craig Henry of Newark; daughter-in-law Linda Moore of Heath; and her sister Nancy Trapp, and husband John of Pataskala. She was the treasured grandmother of Richelle Olds, and husband Randy; Ryan Loar, and partner Sheri; Brent Loar, and wife Erica; Nathan Wills, and wife Jessica; Lori Bline, and husband Charlie; and Danielle Higgins. Charlotte also leaves behind her nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends who will dearly miss her warmth and laughter.
A Funeral Mass will be held in her honor at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Buckeye Lake, OH, on Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025, at 10:00 am, with Rev. Fr. Fritzner Valcin as Celebrant. She will be lovingly carried to her rest in Kirkersville Cemetery by pallbearers Craig, Ryan, Charlie, Randy, Nathan, and John.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service, ensuring Charlotte’s farewell is as dignified and compassionate as the life she led.
Charlotte’s legacy is one of love, selflessness, and unwavering faith, and she leaves behind a lifetime of treasured memories for her family and friends. She will be remembered for her joyous spirit and a heart full of kindness.
