Charlotte Sue Winegardner

Charlotte Sue Winegardner, age 69, of Hebron, passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center (operated by Hospice of Central Ohio). Charlotte was born February 16, 1954 in Marysville, Ohio to the late Claude and Helen (Bowden) Bowyer.

Charlotte was a medical receptionist for 25 years with Sedalia Medical Office in Groveport. An avid photographer, she enjoyed taking pictures and scrapbooking, having made over 200 books with treasured family photos. Charlotte was a very giving person and was always taking care of others, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Harold L. Winegardner, whom she married June 16, 1973; sons, Jeremy (Kenia) Winegardner of Batavia, Illinois and Joshua Winegardner of Newark; grandchildren, Ashlee, Kellen, Ashton, Adalyn, and Natalie; sisters, Peggy Bowyer of Baltimore, Marie Struble of Kissimmee, Florida, Patricia Wolfe of Pataskala, and Linda Snider of Pataskala; and many nieces and nephews.

At her request, a private family gathering will be observed.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
