Christina Marjorie Hunt

A funeral service celebrating the life of Christina Marjorie Hunt, age 96, of Millersport, will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 22, at the Thornville Chapel of Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service with Pastor Patti Morlock officiating. Friends may call from 3-5 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home, 56 South Main Street in Thornville. The service will be broadcast via Facebook Live. Due to COVID-19 concerns, masks must be worn inside the funeral home. For your protection, a maximum of 35 guests will be allowed inside at one time. Please practice social distancing.

Christina was born December 22, 1924 in Liverpool, England. She passed away on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Christina was a homemaker and had also been employed at Thornville School and was a babysitter for many area children. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Thornville. She enjoyed being with people, dancing, and music.

She is survived by three children, Elizabeth Ann Hunt of Thornville, Sheila Maria Anderson of Millersport and Patrick Emerson (Susan) Hunt of Austin, Texas; grandchildren, Nicole (Vince) Vu, Brittany Anderson, Alex Hunt, Adam Hunt and Aaron (Caitlyn) Anderson; great-grandchildren, Henri, Charlotte and Matthew; daughter-in-law, Mindy (Tim) Sturm.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jesse William Hunt, whom she married January 25, 1950; mother, Helen Coyle; and a son, Michael J. Hunt.
