Christine Nicely

Christine Nicely was born May 12, 1930 in Clifton Forge, Virginia to the late Fernoy and Dora (Moriss) Vest. She passed away on Friday, February 26, 2016 at the Somerset Health and Rehab Center.Christine was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting, crafts and cooking.She is survived by her husband, Clarence Nicely; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Kathy Nicely of Thornville; grandchildren, Monica (Jim) Breidecker of Waterloo, IL and Joshua (Michelle) Nicely of Canal Winchester; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Greta Fulton of Columbus; and nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph Dick Vest and Fred Vest; and two sisters, Elsie Walker and Eleanor Clark.At her request, there will be no visitation or service observed.
