Christopher Michael Wickline

A funeral service celebrating the life of Christopher Michael Wickline, age 45, of Heath, will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 31, with Rev. Keith Sjostrand officiating. Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home, 179 Granville Street in Newark.

Chris was born June 1, 1974 in Mount Vernon, Ohio. He passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at his home.

Chris was a 1993 graduate of Newark High School and was employed with CCL in New Albany. Chris enjoyed guns, video games, fixing cars, and golfing. He was an avid fan of the OSU Buckeyes and NASCAR.

He is survived by his father and step-mother, Stephen A. and Carol Sue Wickline of Newark; sister and sister-in-law, Angela M. and Heather Bayless of Newark; brother, Shawn A. Wickline of Newark; step-sister, JoAnn (Ron) Thompson of Frazeysburg; step-brother, Jeff Cook of Newark; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Jean (Stewart) Wickline.
