Clarice M. Moore

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Clarice M. Moore, age 83, of Newark, will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home with Deacon Robert Ghiloni officiating. Burial will follow at Wilson Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home two hours prior to the funeral service, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.Clarice was born in Newark, Ohio on March 24, 1931 to the late William and Rachael (Burrier) Howes. She passed away at Arlington Court Nursing Home in Columbus on November 9, 2014.Prior to retirement, she was an administrative assistant with Holophane for 21 years. She enjoyed shopping, traveling to Florida and spending time with her family.Survivors include her son, Jeff (Bonny Roddy) Moore of Delaware; daughter, Susan (Terry) Isaacs of Hilliard; sister, Judy (Rick) Paldino; grandchildren, Mark (Kara) Moore, Molly (Tyler) Pensyl, Kyle (Ashley) Isaacs and Kara (Zach) Arnold; great grandchildren, Connor and Carley Pensyl; brother-in-law, Jack Russell; and numerous nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Moore in 2011; three sisters, Doris Fields, Wilma Worden and Janice Russell; and daughter-in-law, Sue Moore.Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, 179 Granville Street, Newark, is honored to care for the Moore family.
