Clinton Ross Foulk

Clinton Ross Foulk, age 90, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. He was born January 24, 1930 in Wichita, KS. To Harold Foster and Agnes Louise (Ross) Foulk. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas, Master’s and Doctorate from the University of Illinois. He served honorably in the U.S. Air Force for four years; and retired after 28 years as Associate Professor Emeritus from The Ohio State University, in 1991. He moved to Kissimmee, Florida in 2002, and returned to Ohio. Preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Dorothy Ann (Nartker) Foulk. Survived by daughter Julia Foulk (Kenny Hayes) and his grandsons Jacob, B.J., and Matthew Foulk; 10 great grandchildren and one on the way.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday December 29, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Thornville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, 56 South Main Street in Thornville with funeral services celebrating his life on Wednesday December 30, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. Private family Entombment with full military honors will follow Wednesday afternoon in Union Cemetery, Columbus.
