Cody Lewis Blevins

A funeral service for Cody Lewis Blevins, age 21, of Pataskala, will be held on Friday, January 2, 2015 at 3:00 pm at the Kirkersville Chapel of Hoskinson Funeral Home.Friends may call at the funeral home, 285 E. Main St., Kirkersville, one hour prior to the funeral service on Friday, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Cody was born in Columbus, Ohio on August 5, 1993 to Richard and Krisann (Clark) Blevins.He passed away at his residence on December 28, 2014.

Cody graduated from Watkins Memorial High School, Class of 2011.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Zachery Blevins; sister, Kristine Blevins; maternal grandmother, Florene (Robert) Long; maternal grandfather, Curtis (Cheryl) Clark; and paternal grandparents, Lewis and Sara Blevins.
