Connie Bush

A funeral service celebrating the life of Connie Jean Bush, age 65, of Heath, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4, at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home, 179 Granville Street, Newark, with Pastor Carol Sue Rogers officiating. Burial will take place in Newark Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.Connie was born March 24, 1949 in Newark, Ohio to the late Craig and Alice (Hanna) Peck. She passed away on Friday, January 30, 2015 at her home.Connie was an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes. She enjoyed crafts, watching tv, roller skating, trips to Amish Country and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.She is survived by a daughter, Michelle (Jed) Peck of New Lexington; grandchildren, Brad, Tyler, Bailey and Riley; brothers, Craig (Nancy) Peck and Lawrence Peck, all of Newark; sisters, Rhoda (Art) Nichols, Joann Streit, Barbara Peck, Linda (David) Haught and Patricia (John) Thompson, all of Newark; and numerous nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, John Peck; and two sisters, Mary Wills and Elizabeth Busby.Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home is honored to care for the Bush family.
