A funeral service, celebrating the life of Connie Mae Shoults, 74, of Thornville, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 24, 2016, in the chapel of the Thornville chapel of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, with Pastor Dave Pennington as celebrant. Burial will follow at Old Baptist Cemetery in Thurston, OH.Connie passed away at her residence. She was born November 8, 1941 in Newark to the late Wilbur E. and Grace (Tolliver) Davis. She was member of the AmVets, Buckeye Lake Moose, Florida Eagles, mid-Ohio classic scooter Club, Vice-President of Thornport Lilly Pad Festival Inc., Thornville Alumni Association, 1st woman trustee for Thorn Township, 1st of 3 Paramedics for Thorn Township, and was on the squad for 16 years.She is survived by a son, Kenneth Shoults; daughter, Kimberly Foucht; grandchildren, Holly, Cassie, Kenna and Joby; great grandchildren, Dan, Eli, Mat, Peyton, Remy and Frankie; special friend, Chuck Matheny.Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Husband, Duane; 11 brothers and sisters; and son-in-law, Jim Foucht.Friends may call at the funeral home, 56.
