Corey D. Skinner

A celebration of life memorialservice for Corey D. Skinner, age 28, of Brownsville, will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Brownsville United Methodist Church, 15605 NationalRoad, Brownsville, with Pastor Daniel Nelson officiating. Corey was born in Norton, VA on August 4, 1986 to David and Deborah (Mayle) Skinner of Brownsville. He passed away at his residence after an extended illness on October 13, 2014 while surrounded by family.Corey graduated from John Glenn High School, Class of 2004, in New Concord. He enjoyed motorcycling, listening to music, drawing, fishing and spending time with his family and friends.In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, David Skinner and Joshua (Gloria) Skinner; maternal grandparents, Dora and Flemming Mayle; nephews, Caleb, Miereese, and Noah; best friends, Ryan, Donald, Miguel, Marvin, Jarrod and Gary; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.He is preceded in death by one brother, Adam Skinner; paternal grandparents, William Skinner and Mabel Reisling.Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for the Skinner family.
