Corman Barth Scranton Iii

Funeral services, celebrating the life of Corman B Scranton III, 54, of Pataskala, will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, August 11, 2018, in the chapel of The Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, with visitation to precede the services from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., at the funeral home, 285 East Main Street in Kirkersville. Barth died unexpectedly at his residence on Thursday, August 2, 2018. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky, February 7, 1964, the son of Corman B and Mae Lee (Florence) Scranton of Pataskala. He was a 1983 graduate of Reynoldsburg H.S., and was employed at TS Tech in Reynoldsburg. He had also worked at Honda of America in Marysville. He enjoyed classic cars and had rebuilt a 1984 Barracuda. He also adored his children and loved being their dad. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son Zachary (Chelsea) Scranton and his daughter Alexis (Chris) Scranton of Kent; his sisters Diane (Joseph) Guiler, Bonnie (Dave) Sauer and Cheryl Scranton; his brother Butch Jennings and several nieces and nephews. His canine companion Seneca, and his grand dog Scooter were also important to Barth. HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Services, Kirkersville, is honored to care for Barth and the Scranton Family.
