Danny Paul Davis

Danny Paul Davis, 68, of Newark, died Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born April 27, 1954, in Newark to the late Paul and Ruth (Rhodes) Davis. Danny enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by two daughters, Christina Davis and Andrea Adams; four grandchildren, Torrell Casimire, Ethan Hottinger, Mia Hottinger, and TaeQuan McKeithen; siblings, Sharon (Paul) Miller, Lorraine Nutter, Mary Hardway, Terry (Donna) Davis, Diana Medley, and Deanna Raynor; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sheila Davis; two brothers, James Davis and Samuel Davis; nephew, Ronald Nutter; and son-in-law, David Adams. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 19, 2022, from 4-8pm at the Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service where the funeral service be held Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at 10:00am. Burial will follow the service at Wilson Cemetery. Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for Mr. Davis and his family.
