A funeral service, celebrating the life of David A Brust, 66, of Hebron, will be held on Tuesday, May12, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of the Kirkersville home of HOSKINSON Funeral & Cremation service, with Pastor Tom Myers as celebrant. Burial with full military honors will follow in Hebron Cemetery.David died peacefully on Thursday afternoon, May 7, 2015 at his home following an extended illness. He was born February 23, 1949 in Columbus, the son of David Vernal and Ruby Mae (Jordan) Brust. He served honorably in the US Army during the Vietnam era.He is survived by his loving family: wife Ruth Anna Brust, sons: Frank (Kim), Jeff, Rick, David (Mary); daughters Kimberly, Jennifer (Mike) Castel; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Friends may call on Monday, May 11, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home, 285 East Main Street in Kirkersville, where an on-line guest register and video tribute are available at hoskinsonfuneral.com.
