David Eugene "Jonsey" Jones

David Eugene Jonsey Jones, age 61, of Hebron, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 11, 2015 at his home. David was born April 15, 1954 in Chauncey, Ohio. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served during Vietnam. He enjoyed spending time with his family.He is survived by his wife, Marlene A. (Vipperman) Jones, whom he married April 15, 1988; two sons, Rodney D. Tingler of Hebron and SFC Adam T. (Melissa) Tingler of Fort Sill, Oklahoma; daughter, Corrie Lee Jones of Columbus; six grandchildren, Ethan, Devon, Zabria, Jhiana, Boston and Noah; three sisters-in-law and three brothers-in-law.He was preceded in death by his mother and his father, Greenleaf Floyd Jones.At his request, there will be no calling hours or service observed.Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service in Hebron is honored to care for David and his family.
