David Eugene Frankenhoff

David Eugene Frankenhoff, 73, of Newark, died Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at his home. He was born December 18, 1948, in Kansas City, MO to the late Eugene Byron and Doris Jean (Merritt) Frankenhoff. Dave worked many years at Owens Corning and other industrial facilities. He was an outdoorsman and an avid history buff. Dave enjoyed fishing, spending weekends at his cabin, antiquing, and attending yard sales in search historical treasures. He loved spending time with his family, grandchildren, and his dog, Lady. He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Carnes-Frankenhoff; and grandson, Benjamin Frankenhoff. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Nola Ann Frankenhoff; and two sons, David Douglas Frankenhoff and Brent Allen Frankenhoff. Memorial contributions may be made in Dave’s memory to the Licking County Historical Society. No funeral services will be held at this time.
