David Spencer Justice

David Spencer Justice, 61, of Newark, passed away on July 6, 2023 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center, operated by Hospice of Central Ohio. He was born in Newark, Ohio on June 18, 1962 to the late Burnice and Joann (Green) Justice. Prior to retirement, David worked at Dawes Arboretum for many years. He enjoyed playing cards, fishing, hunting, the great outdoors and spending time with his loving family and friends. Survivors include his son, Joshua D. Justice; grandchildren, Chase Justice and Madison Justice; siblings, Rose Kurtz, Jimmy (Tara) Justice and Thelma (Drew Boorn) Justice; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, June Faye Justice; and brothers, Dallas Justice and Ronald Justice.
