Debbie L. Moyer

A memorial service celebrating the life of Debbie L. Moyer, 62, of Thornville, will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Thornville chapel of Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service, 56 S. Main Street, Thornville. Visitation will be held on hour prior to the memorial service, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Debbie was born in Zanesville, Ohio on November 20, 1955 to the late Milford Starner and Roberta (Whitehouse) Bebout. She passed away on July 6, 2018 at Arlington Care Center in Newark. Prior to retirement, she worked for Mount Carmel East for several years. She was a former Thornville City Council member and she enjoyed reading and spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her loving son, Stefan (Amanda) Snider; siblings, Beth (Mark) Palmer, Randy (Polly) Starner, Kevin (Karen) Starner, Kelly (Robin) Starner and Bobby Starner; grandchildren, Alexia, Bridget and Jayme; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Snider and step-father, Walter Bebout. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Debbie to Foundation For Hospice of Central Ohio, or to the Stephanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Awareness.
