Dennis J. Warner

A memorial visitation, celebrating the life of Dennis J. Warner, 62, of Newark, will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 23, 2017, in the Newark home of CRISS WAGNER HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, where the memorial service will follow at 7:00 p.m. Dennis died suddenly on June 19, 2017, at his residence. He was born February 23, 1955, in Newark, the son of the late Alexander J. and Wilma J. (Freiner) Warner. He was a 1973 graduate of Newark H.S., a graduate of Columbus State Community College, with a degree in business. He worked 15 years at the Ohio Company in Columbus, and recently was owner of a telephone answering service in Newark. Dennis was a great communicator and loved sharing stories with his friends. He also loved caring for his four dogs. He is survived by his family: brothers Howard (Joyce) Warner of Columbus, Kenneth (Sandy) Warner, sisters Bev Warner Raptoulis and Shirley Warner Shepard; his 12 nieces and nephews; along with many friends. The family prefers that memorial contributions be directed to the Licking County Humane Society, 825 Thornwood Drive, S.W., Heath, 43056. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
