Diane Ehret

Diane C. Ehret, 72, of Newark, formerly of Buckeye Lake, passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2016, following a brief illness. She was born September 24, 1943, in New York State, the daughter of the late David and Florence Mae (Cramer) Michelson. She came to the central Ohio area in the 1960s and lived and worked around Buckeye Lake for many years, including the Crystal Ballroom, Circus Lounge, Pirates Cove and Smittys Inn. She also served banquets and special events at the Buckeye Lake Yacht Club. She retired from Value City in 2006. She was a former member of the Buckeye Lake Eagles Auxillary.She is survived by her son Robert Bogdanovitch of New York, her two grandsons, her beloved nieces Susan Wooden and her husband Richard, and Debbie Simone, and many, many wonderful friends in the Licking County, Ohio area.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ned Ehret, her three brothers and her Sister June Brownell.Honoring Dianes wishes, she will be cremated and her remains returned home to New York State, where she will be inurned with her family.HOSKINSON Funeral and Cremation Service, Kirkersville, is honored to care for Diane and her family.
