Diane Shane

Diane Marie Shane, 62, formerly of Davie, died Monday, March 30, 2015 in Ohio at the home of her daughter, following an extended illness. Diane was born August 12, 1952, in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of the late Victor and Marsha (Crowley) Lehman. Diane was a hospice nurse aide with Vitas Hospice of Davie, for many years, and loved to fish. She is survived by her daughter Melissa (Chip) of Thornville, Ohio, step-children Patrick. Robert (Liz), and Patricia; grandchildren Michael, Charlie and Liam; step grandchildren Alex, Justin and Jake; great-grandchildren Christian and Charlie; brothers Bill, Don (Marge) and Mike; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Joseph Kardos, sister Patricia Golden, and husband Pat Shane, and her beloved parrot Tiki.
