Diane V. Keeran

A memorial service celebrating the life of Diane V. Keeran, age 68, of Heath, will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, January 7, at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home with Pastor Eric Miller officiating. Friends may call from 2-3 p.m. prior to the service at the funeralhome, 179 Granville Street, Newark. Military honors will be observed by the Licking County Veterans Alliance.Diane was born July 19, 1948 in Newark, Ohio. She passed away at her home on Friday, December 30, 2016, on her mothers birthday.Diane was a graduate of Watkins Memorial High School and was a veteran of the United States Air Force during Vietnam. She enjoyed doing ceramics and baking and was known for her delicious cookies and fudge.She is survived by a son, Joseph M. Joe (Angela) Keeran, Sr. of Newark; daughter, Evonne (Frank) Watson of Jacksonville, NC; grandchildren, Anthony, Joseph, Jr. Jake, Michael, Krystal, Jamie and Danielle; two great-grandchildren and one on the way; sister, Marilyn Reichard of Heath; brothers, Kenny (Donna) Keeran of Scottsdale, AZ and Steve Keeran of Gahanna; and many nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her mother, Mattie (Ellis) Tisdale; father, Norman Harvey Keeran;two brothers, Melvin Ellis and Benny Keeran; and a sister, Sarah Van Horn.Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral Home is honored to care for Diane and her family.Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
