Dianna Rene Mugrage, age 67, of Lancaster, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at her home. Rene was born August 26, 1949 in Pomeroy, Ohio. She retired from the Orient Correctional Facility where she had been a corrections officer and in charge of medical records. Rene was a member of the Lancaster Moose Lodge Chapter 955 and the American Legion Post 11 in Lancaster. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and she was everybodys Nanny. She enjoyed going to yard sales and cooking and was especially known for her meatloaf and apple crisp. Rene will be greatly missed by her children, Valarie (Jerry) Arnold of Thornville and Matt (Renae) Little of Kingston; her mother, Lois Jean (Barnhart) Mugrage of Woodsfield; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Charles Chuck (Peach) Mugrage of Racine and Todd Mugrage of Woodsfield; sisters, Jennifer Mugrage of Lancaster and Mickey Mugrage of Lorain; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Mugrage. Friends may call from 2-5 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, at Hoskinson Funeral & Cremation Service, 56 South Main Street in Thornville.
