Donald William Ellis

Donald William Ellis, 83 of Pleasantville, passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center. He was born in Lancaster, Ohio on August 3, 1938 to the late James and Myrtle Ellis. Donald proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. Prior to retirement, he was an over-the-road trucker driver for over 40 years. He was a life member of the Thornport AmVets. He enjoyed fishing, mowing the yard and especially enjoyed spending time with his son, Dwayne, while riding in his semi-truck. Survivors include numerous children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, John Ellis.
