Douglas Duane Jenkins

Douglas Duane Jenkins, age 56, of Pataskala, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at his home.

Doug was born June 5, 1965 in Newark, Ohio. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Management from The Ohio State University. Doug retired from GM where he had been a supervisor. An outdoorsman, Doug enjoyed fishing, bird watching, and hunting and also liked to watch NASCAR races.

He is survived by his mother, Polly A. (Hoffer) Jenkins of Pataskala; sisters, Kim Thieman (Kelly Lands) of Toledo and Pam Mathews of Chapel Hill, North Carolina; nieces and nephew, Rachel Thieman, Kirsten Thieman, Trenton Thieman, Hannah Mathews (Roan Blanchard) and Ellison Kay Mathews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Larry L. Jenkins.
